Twenty Years in the Work. Still Building What Matters.
ABOUT DREAM PILOT
Dream Pilot exists to help leaders find clarity, direction, and confidence when the path forward
isn’t clear.
I’m often invited in at moments when something meaningful is forming, drifting, or ready to grow—but the way forward hasn’t yet been named.
Experience You Can Trust.
I’ve been in mission-driven nonprofit leadership since 2006.
In 2011, I established Gospel, Inc., a grassroots mission serving people experiencing homelessness that evolved into a community-first housing initiative for the chronically homeless in Lakeland, Florida. I served as the lead during its formative years—shaping the vision, building partnerships, and bringing together funders, operators, and community leaders around a shared direction.
Beginning in 2021, I led a collaborative effort that raised $6 million in capital and operating support over two years to establish a permanent supportive housing community, laying the foundation for a model that continues to grow beyond my direct involvement.
That decade of building and leadership shaped how I work today: grounded in reality, attentive to people, and focused on clarity before momentum.
Since stepping away from Gospel, Inc., I’ve worked alongside a range of nonprofits and mission-driven organizations—helping leaders clarify vision, shape business plans, and build practical blueprints for fundraising and growth.
The work varies by organization, but the pattern is consistent: stepping in during moments of uncertainty, helping name what matters most, and bringing alignment before movement begins.
I’m often invited in at moments of uncertainty—when something meaningful is forming, drifting, or ready to grow, but the way forward isn’t clear.
